Their founders, Kelly and Marissa, started crafted coffee roasters in 2016 by combining their incurable coffee obsession with years of world-class roasting expertise—right in their own backyard. Beginning with their kids’ local coffee shop, Kelly and Marissa were soon supplying their wholesale roasts to more and more independent shops throughout the region as demand skyrocketed.

Middle Fork Cold Brew
Middle Fork’s cold brew blend is comprised of direct trade coffees from Colombia, Guatemala, and Brazil. They roast it to accentuate dark chocolate and body, but don’t take it dark enough to introduce bitterness. They dilute it a 1.2 brix level, which they feel is perfect for nitro. Lots of creamy body and sweet taste without being super heavy, allowing people to drink 12 ounces without feeling over caffeinated.
